Jess Wisniewski-Hagen served as a mechanical engineer in the U.S. Navy. Following her military service, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and later completed a Master’s in Legal Studies at Drexel University.
Jess has been deeply involved with Team Foster for years—first as a dedicated volunteer and currently as a full-time team member starting in 2022. She’s an active participant in Ruff Ride Philadelphia and a huge Phillies fan! When she’s not working, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband and chasing after her energetic son and rescue dog.
