From 2017 to 2025, Mr. Wong served as Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army. In this role, Mr. Wong is a liaison between the Office of the Secretary of the Army and the citizens of the United States.
Mr. Wong was born and raised in Philadelphia about an hour outside of Chinatown. Eventually, Mr. Wong became the principal owner at NavPac, the president of CIG Asia Ltd, the co-founder of Covenant Group of China, and the commissioner of the President’s Advisory Commission for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. He holds important leadership positions within numerous institutions and organizations throughout the country, including the Hong Kong Business Association and Ascend, an organization that is dedicated to developing Asian leaders within corporate America. Mr. Wong is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and participates on the Armed Services Council.
Mr. Wong lives in Philadelphia and is the father of two daughters.
