At just 10 weeks old, Tugger is already making a big impression. As a service dog in training with Warrior Canine Connection, Tugger represents the beginning of an incredible journey and a mission that reaches far beyond the baseball field.
The Good Morning America segment highlighted the growing partnership between Team Foster, Warrior Canine Connection, and the Philadelphia Phillies — three organizations coming together with one shared purpose: funding and training life-changing service dogs for injured Veterans.
Through this partnership, we are helping provide Veterans with accredited service dogs that offer more than companionship. These dogs become trusted partners, providing support, independence, and a renewed sense of possibility for those navigating life after service.
Tugger may be small, but the mission he represents is anything but. Every puppy trained is an investment in a Veteran's future, and every partnership brings us one step closer to reaching more Veterans who need our support.
