Jess served as a mechanical engineer in the U.S. Navy before transitioning to a career dedicated to supporting Veterans and strengthening nonprofit operations. Following her military service, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and later completed a Master's in Legal Studies at Drexel University.

As Team Foster's Chief of Operations, Jess oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, ensuring effective team collaboration, streamlined processes, and organizational efficiency. She leads internal operations, participant communications, marketing and social media strategy, and the logistics behind Team Foster's programs and events. By coordinating across departments and managing complex initiatives, Jess helps drive the organization's mission forward while ensuring participants, partners, and staff have the support they need to succeed.

Jess's journey with Team Foster began years ago as a dedicated volunteer. Through her unwavering commitment to the mission, she became a familiar face at Ruff Ride Philadelphia, where she continues to ride each year. Jess is proud to live in Philadelphia, is a Phillies fan, and loves spending time at home with her family!
